We advertise all of our vacancies, excluding short term freelance assignments, in the BBC Careers Hub. You can search our current vacancies.

The BBC Careers Hub is our recruitment system which allows you to build your own career profile and CV easily, search for relevant roles. Recruiters will be able to search the system for candidates suitable for jobs and production roles, so it is vital that you register and create your profile.

As part of your application, you may be asked to complete a brief online assessment, depending on the role you apply for. Once you have submitted your application for a role, we will send you an email saying that we have received your application. Get some tips for applying for jobs with us. This will be reviewed by the BBC Recruitment team who will compare your application against criteria for the role and will work with the hiring manager to select a range of candidates who will be invited to interview. 

The next stage involves interviews with the line manager and members of the team you have applied to join. We have created some tips to help you prepare for an interview at the BBC. Depending on the role you have applied for there may be a range of technical, professional or psychometric tests used to assess your knowledge, skills and experience.

If you are successful at this stage, we will give you a call to let you know. If you haven't been successful at interview stage, you will be informed and given the opportunity to get feedback. Unfortunately, owing to the number of applications we receive, we cannot offer feedback to candidates who don't make it to the interview stage.
