1.What does ‘opt in’ mean?

Many of our promotions require you to opt in by entering your username and email address on an opt in page. This registers that you would like to take part in the promotion and gives you the chance to win a prize or claim an exclusive bonus.

You will be directed to the opt in page either from your email or from various on-screen messages you’ll see when you are logged in.
2.What are loyalty points?
Loyalty points mean cash! Each time you play, you earn loyalty points. These points can be exchanged for cash bonuses.

Bonuses range from $10 up to $20,000 when you redeem between 400 and 150,000 points. Each loyalty point is worth more cash depending on your VIP level. For example: at Silver level, 100 points are worth $2.50; at VIP Elite level, their value increases to $13.33. So, to maximise your cash, save your points as you climb the loyalty levels and your points will be worth more.

How to check out your points balance on your desktop
- Click “Play for Real Money”
- Log in using your usual account details
- Click the yellow “Cashier” button
- Click the “My Points” tab

3.What are points target promotions?

You always earn loyalty points when you play and these points can be exchanged for cash. But points promotions like Crack the Code give you even more cash for the points you earn.

In Crack the Code, when you reach your target number of points, you receive a bonus for reaching the target. In addition, the points you have earned can be exchanged for a cash bonus as part of our Loyalty Scheme.

To benefit from a points target promotion, you must opt in to the promotion before the end of the promotional period.

4.What are points races?

You always earn loyalty points when you play and these points can be exchanged for cash. Opt in to a race promotion and the points you earn during the promotional period will not only be added to your account, they will count towards winning the race as well.

The leaderboard keeps track of every member’s points and whoever accumulates the most points over the promotional period, wins the race.

To take part, you must opt in to the race before the end of the promotional period.

5.What is a code?
You may need to use a code to claim either a reload bonus or a free bonus..

Codes for RELOAD BONUSES

Often we give you the opportunity to get extra funds on top of your deposit. You must enter a valid code in the cashier when you make your deposit in order to receive these extra funds. They are added to your balance immediately (with your deposit), ready for you to play.

Where do I enter the code on desktop?
- Go to the cashier and select the “Deposit” tab
- Select your payment method, enter your deposit amount and enter the code before clicking “Deposit”
- Your reload bonus will be credited to your account instantly, along with your deposit amount.
Where do I enter the code on mobile?
- Go to “My Menu” and select “Deposit”
- Select your payment method, enter your deposit amount and enter the code before clicking “Deposit”
- Your reload bonus will be credited to your account instantly, along with your deposit amount.
Codes for FREE BONUSES

Many of our promotions give you a free bonus. The free bonus is applied to the balance in your account as soon as you enter a valid code in the ‘My Account’ section of the desktop cashier.

Where do I enter the code?
- Go to the cashier and select the “My Account” tab
- Enter the code and click “Submit”
- You will receive your bonus automatically
